Easter Island salad



Ingredientes:
2-3 People
-300 grs. Rugula lettuce
-100 grs Goat Cheese
-150 grs Fresh Mango cut in small cubes
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil
-Apple Vinager
-Black pepper to taste
Place the Rugula in a large bowl, Add the granulated goat cheese slowly while mixing. Add the salt, Mix once more and then add the Mango. Mix again so the saltiness will mix well with the sweet mango. add a little bit of olive oil and the vinager.  
Serve immidietly.  For presentation place in a can or a small bowl and in the middle of a plate, drip some olive oil on the plate as well as balsamic vinager to make it look proffessional. (see picture)
