Broad bean stew
Ingredients

Tbsp
olive oil

Tbsp
onion, chopped

Tbsp
escallion, chopped

Tbsp
ginger, grated
3
clove
garlic, finely chopped

Tbsp
turmeric

pumpkin, cubed

cup
grace coconut milk
1
can
grace broad beans

tsp
special livity spice
Instructions
In a heavy bottom saucepan, add olive oil and allow to heat
Add onion, escallion, ginger and garlic and allow to sauté.
Add turmeric, pumpkin, Grace Coconut Milk and Grace Broad Beans
Add the special Livity Spice and simmer for 10 minutes.
To serve
Serve with vegetable salad and seasoned Irish potatoes
